T&CM INTRODUCTORY WELLNESS PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. THE AGREEMENT
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of the REN Traditional & Complementary Medicine (“T&CM”) Introductory Wellness Package (“Introductory Wellness Package”) issued by REN Wellness Retreat (hereinafter referred to as “REN”), a brand of ERMS Berhad (Company No. 198501012928 (145383- W)), with its operation office at No. 9 Jalan SS12/1, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
1.2 By booking a session, the individual (hereinafter referred to as “the Guest”) represents that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
2.1 The “Introductory Wellness Package” shall apply exclusively to the following four (4) T&CM services:
A. Pain Management: RM 200 (RPP: RM 250)
B. Energy Renewal: RM 200 (RPP: RM 250)
C. Facial Rejuvenation: RM 240 (RPP: RM 300)
D. Women’s Health: RM 240 (RPP: RM 300)
3. ELIGIBILITY AND REDEMPTION
3.1 New Guest Status: This offer is strictly reserved for “New Guests,” defined as individuals who have no prior record of purchasing any Introductory Wellness Package at REN.
3.2 Redemption Limit: Each eligible Guest is limited to one (1) redemption of the introductory rate for each of the four (4) specified T&CM packages listed in Clause 2.1, after which all subsequent sessions shall be charged at the Recommended Retail Price (RPP).
3.3 Verification: The Guest shall present a valid NRIC or Passport upon arrival for identity verification. REN reserves the right to deny the promotional rate if first-time status cannot be verified.
4. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
4.1 Registration Fee Waiver: The standard Registration Fee for new guest profiles is waived exclusively for sessions conducted between 1st April 2026 and 31st July 2026.
4.2 Standard Charges: For any sessions attended on or after 1st August 2026, the Guest shall be liable to pay the prevailing standard Registration Fee in addition to the promotional session price.
4.3 Amendment Rights: REN reserves the right to adjust pricing, modify the scope of the promotion, or terminate the Introductory Wellness Package at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
5. PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, AND ATTENDANCE
5.1 Payment Terms: Settlement shall be made in full via Credit/Debit Card, E-wallet, or Cash at REN’s front desk immediately upon completion of the session.
5.2 Arrival Protocol: Guests are required to arrive fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled appointment for mandatory Health Declaration and Registration. In the event of late arrival, REN reserves the right to shorten the session duration without any price reduction.
5.3 Cancellation Policy: Guests are requested to provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice for cancellations. REN reserves the right to refuse future bookings to Guests who “No-Show” without prior notification.
6. PRACTITIONER AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTION
6.1 Subject to Availability: All bookings and specific practitioner requests are strictly subject to availability.
6.2 Right of Substitution: In the event that a booked practitioner becomes unavailable on the scheduled day (due to illness, unforeseen circumstances, or scheduling conflicts), REN reserves the right to assign an alternative qualified practitioner to conduct the session.
6.3 Schedule Changes: If no alternative practitioner is available, REN reserves the right to reschedule the appointment to a later date or time.
6.4 No Price Adjustment: A change in the assigned practitioner does not entitle the Guest to a price reduction or a refund of the introductory rate.
7. HEALTH, SAFETY, AND DISCLOSURE
7.1 Mandatory Assessment: All sessions include a brief initial consultation. REN reserves the right to cancel or modify a session if the practitioner deems it medically unsafe for the Guest.
7.2 Duty of Disclosure: The Guest is legally obligated to provide a full and accurate medical history, including but not limited to heart conditions, skin allergies, recent surgeries, or pregnancy.
7.3 Right of Refusal: REN reserves the absolute right to decline service if the Guest appears under the influence of alcohol/drugs, exhibits symptoms of contagious illness, or if the service is contraindicated.
8. GENERAL PROVISIONS
8.1 Non-Transferability: Introductory sessions are personal to the Guest and are non-transferable. They may not be purchased as gift vouchers for third parties.
8.2 Exclusivity: This offer cannot be combined with any other corporate discounts, seasonal vouchers, or ongoing promotions.
8.3 Personal Data: By participating, the Guest consents to the collection and processing of their personal data for registration purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
8.4 Finality of Decision: In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility or interpretation of these Terms, the decision of REN shall be final and binding.
